The investor must also have a minimum of $1,600,000 CAD net worth (such money must have been legally obtained); and

The investor’s $800,000 CAD investment will be administered by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will actually return the $800,000 investment in about five (5) years and three months after payment, without interest.
